Our Impact
Kompas set out to revolutionize property management by creating an all-in-one platform tailored for property managers. The goal was to simplify scaling portfolios by centralizing property management, accounting, and operational tools in a single, seamless solution.
To bring this vision to life, Kompas partnered with Hesli to build a robust, scalable platform equipped with essential integrations to streamline workflows and empower property managers.
The Challenge
Kompas aimed to develop a property management platform that combined powerful tools with ease of use. This included integrations for digital signatures, banking, payments, and financing, as well as robust authentication and security protocols. The platform needed to automate key processes, provide actionable insights through intuitive dashboards, and offer a mobile-responsive experience for property managers on the go.
The Result
Hesli partnered with Kompas from concept to launch, working hand-in-hand with property managers to define core pain points and translate them into an intuitive, scalable platform. Through a highly iterative discovery, design, and development process, Hesli built a robust solution featuring automated document processing, secure banking and payment integrations, and built-in financing tools that empower users to manage portfolios efficiently.
