Hesli collaborated with Adidas Canada on a pilot initiative that laid the foundation for the localized rollout of Adidas Confirmed in Canada. Through an API-first, responsive Shopify experience, we enabled Adidas to test and validate a tailored eCommerce model designed specifically for the Canadian market. By aligning global brand standards with local content, payment methods, and inventory management, the project demonstrated how a regionally adapted platform could drive engagement, performance, and scalability.
The Challenge
Adidas Canada sought to pilot a digital commerce solution that would support the Adidas Confirmed experience while maintaining the integrity of the global brand. The challenge was to design a flexible, scalable platform capable of handling localized payments, regional inventory, and country-specific content—all while ensuring a seamless connection to Adidas’ global systems and APIs. This required balancing innovation with operational consistency to prove the viability of a market-specific eCommerce approach.
The Result
Hesli developed an API-first, fully responsive Shopify application and system process that served as the foundation for Adidas Confirmed in Canada. The platform integrated localized features, streamlined backend workflows, and optimized UX to deliver a fast, intuitive, and brand-consistent shopping experience. The successful pilot validated the potential of a localized Shopify strategy for Adidas, enhancing customer engagement and paving the way for broader adoption of the Adidas Confirmed experience across regional markets.
